without so much as a warning. Probably because AOL has leaned on them. So now we are changing our strategy.
For which we need your help. ADBusters needs as many mirrors as possible, all over the world, so AOL will not
be able to take them all down. There are many sites offering free homepage space you
can run a mirror on if you wish.
Requirements:
You need about 1.5 MB of available space on your webserver.
Your webserver needs to be up 24/7 and will be listed in the mirror list.
You need to be able to do a daily check on at least one of the primary mirrors as to
get the latest version. Which is made available also as 'adbusters.zip' for easy
download of the complete site. Just extract to your harddrive and upload the extracted files to your homepage. Please
make sure you also upload the original adbusters.zip archive so people who visit your mirror and wish to start
their own, can download that for doing so.
By running a mirror you agree to the following terms:
Do not edit the site. You may add a a link to your homepage if it shares your homepage
space.
Check the main mirrors at least once a day and update your site if any of these have
been updated.
